Dear Valued Customer,

In the Federal Register Notice on May 17, 2024, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), announced the publication of the updated Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Entity list. The 26 entities added to the entity list include cotton traders or warehouse facilities that the United States government has reasonable care to believe source cotton from the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (XUAR). “By focusing on cotton manufacturers based outside of the XUAR that source cotton from the XUAR, their designation will increase transparency and ensure responsible companies can conduct due diligence on their supply chains to ensure they do not include goods made with forced labor.”

Effective May 17, 2024, goods produced by the named 26 entities are restricted from entering the United States. Their specific names are listed in the notice below.
