Additional assessments: Some roles may involve psychometric testing or business case evaluations. Your recruiter will inform you of any requirements and provide preparation time.

Decision stage: Following the interview, the hiring team evaluates each candidate’s skills and qualifications. If selected, you will receive a call from a recruiter or hiring manager. If not, you will be promptly notified via email.
